The game is 100% machine code, features in-game music and uses Mode 1 for graphics. Melbourne also wanted an Electron version, however I can't remember if I got one working. The only thing I need to finish off is the Password/Level Skip system (though I would also like to add an option to enable/disable the music whilst retaining sound effects).

Introduction

Back in 1985/86, Stephen Smith came very close to completing a platform game for the BBC Micro called "The Krystal Connection", which was due to be published by Melbourne House (Stephen still has the original contract and correspondence between himself and Alfred Milgrom!).

I would also endeavour to convert it for the Electron (which shouldn't be too difficult).
