Hi, Thanks for your interest in Reaxion. Sorry for the late reply as I have been programming a visual basic chess game for my HND final summer project.

You can see a demo of the game Reaxion from the link below.

Basically the game is complete, except for a loading screen and sound plus some nice music. I have only design about ten levels but there needs to be about 50.
I think I could finish it in about a week, so I may finish it before two towers and would be happy to make it a Retro Software release.

Thanks for the update. It would be great to see a release of Reaxion. I'm surprised it's so near to completion!

Who will actually publish the games for RS?

Hi

It was nice to see this in action at Retro Fusion last Saturday, but if we want to release this ourselves, we'd need to get permission from the original author (TMR?) and I think it would also be polite to run the idea by Simon @ Cronosoft as well.

Perhaps we could do a joint RS/Cronosoft branded release, then if anybody asks if they can port any of "our" new projects to other platforms (e.g. C64/ZX/CPC etc) maybe Cronosoft would be willing to release/duplicate/distribute them under a joint Cronosoft/RS label*. Thoughts?

* = because personally, whilst I'd be happy to take responsibility for mastering BBC/Electron discs, I have absolutely no desire to duplicate media for non-Acorn platforms!!
