After a long wait, Bomber Blaster returns to the Beeb Master 128, as was (briefly) shown at the Lass O'Gowrie on Saturday.

This version needs 128k, though if I get the chance I'll do a (cutdown, mode 5) 32k version, and possible even an Elk version. The multiplayer game is largely done, though (as ever) a lot of graphics need doing.

This plays /awesomely/!

I really hope Mark steps up and helps you re-skin it ... although, tbh, it looks pretty damn good as it is. Unless we try to make it a commercial release (outlook not so good), I don't think we'd have any big problems releasing it with the original gfx.

Fingers crossed it gets a proper outing, there really are quite a lot of projects under the RS label now :D

This looks excellent in both it's 8 bit and 32 bit variations. Looking forward to this one being released.

I will give it a mention in my next Drag N Drop Retrosoftware article.

I played this on the Archimedes (A3000?) at the 2009 RISC OS London show IIRC. But I forgot to check out the Beeb version at the Beeb@30 event! :?
