Hello,
I posted this over on the STH forums, but i'll put here for reference. The disk version of atomic jet set miner doesn't seem to play nicely with AtomMMC 2.0. Kees suggested trying the tape version. Will edit this message to inform of success or failure!

For the Atom there are 2 versions available:

1) Tape version,
This version only has 4 levels and the level data is stored in the gamefile.

2) Disk version,
This version loads the levels DAT0 (level 1-4) or DAT1 (level 5-8) from disk every time Jet Set miner is started.

Note: the files DAT0 and DAT1 must be on the SD-card in the same directory as CMINER or MMINER.

If you want to run Jet Set Miner with the AtoMMC interface, you have to check the version number of the AtoMMC ROM because there are some problems with loading and saving with v2.2.5. This is solved in v2.2.6 which you can download here:

If you're using v2.2.5 then you'll have to load these Jet Set Miner updates to run the game correctly.
