I grabbed creative assembler when I first found this site and I'm busy working through that but would like to get hold of a couple of the others if possible.

I've updated the links that led to 8bs.com and BBCdocs.com - the first site got resurrected so the mirror that was being linked to was removed, and the latter re-located its content to a different site.

Unfortunately, all the resources from Christopher Dewhurst's site listed below have disappeared as his website appears to be down. I'll drop him an email and see if there's anything he can do.

It is a wiki btw, so if you notice any broken links and can work out where they should be pointing, you're welcome to go in and update them - or even add any of your own recommended useful resources!
