This sort of thing often happens just after uploading. From what I've seen, it looks like the suggestions list gravitates towards what the people who watch it watch immediately after or before -- which is why, if you watch an anime episode for example, not only will other episodes of the same anime be in the suggestions but the one you should watch next will be on top.
Of course, if you only get a small number of views then the suggestions list can remain weird for a long time; for instance, on my video of a Repton 3 "Arabian" level, the suggestions list is dominated by some sort of Middle Eastern cultural event organised by Repton school!
I love the look of the game, but what's up with the mouse enemies, are they meant to be wearing kilts?
