Not sure where better to put this for the moment, so here it is.

While working on Onslaught, I needed to write a sprite designer, which grew and grew until I thought I may as well make it totally generic and release it as a Beeb development tool for anyone else who might find it useful.

The result is BeebSpriter, which now has its own wiki page. It's not finished yet, but is certainly finished enough that it can be used for creating Beeb graphics already.

Hopefully when Samwise is back around these parts, he'll be able to sort us out with its own forum, but until then - please leave any feedback you may have here! I'd be interested to know if anyone has trouble running it.

Now, with Christmas out the way, I can get back to what I was doing with Onslaught...

Well, obviously I'm very excited about this - a Beeb sprite editor is just what I've always wanted, and I can't thank Rich enough for writing one for us.

Looking very spiffy - I'll have to have a play with it later on.

Top job, Rich! :D
