Right,

We've been to more than a few of these shows now, but R3PLAY is probably going to be one of the biggest.

An RS presence usually involves setting up a stand and myself or Dave sticking around as often as we can attempting to interest passersby in our wares. However, with only two of us there is inevitably quite a large proportion of time where neither of us is around.

So, I'm wondering if we can get some more ppl on-board for R3PLAY, which is probably going to be our biggest unveiling yet. Please post here if you're willing to be assigned an hour or two slot where you'll hang around the RS stand - basically answering questions, showing ppl how to play our games and, finally, trying to sell some of our wares. :)

It's nine hours on each of the two days, so I reckon that's approximately eight two-hour slots in total. So, it would only need four volunteers to offer to do two hours each day, and we'd be covered. I think there's even more RS ppl going to R3PLAY than that, so if we could identify eight people I'd hope we can bring that down to just one two-hour slot per person over the whole weekend.

Anyone up for it? (Obviously, we'll get people started and answer any questions you have beforehand).

Post a reply to this topic!

Sam.

If I'm there (and should be, I'll do a turn), not sure which day or anything yet.

Cheers, Steve.

We can arrange who's doing what nearer the time when we know who's coming and everyone knows when they expect to be there.

It isn't really that onerous, and the more volunteers we get the less everyone will have to do!

I'm happy to do so if I'm going but that's up in the air at the moment.

I guess I need to make a decision at some point.

Thanks, Martin. No need for a definitive answer just yet, I just need to know who I should be bothering when it rolls around. :)

Great, that makes four or five of us, so one slot per day at most, hopefully. Now if we can encourage a few more we might be able to get it down to just one each for the whole weekend!
