Which title do you prefer?

interestingly, the answer to this question is always TRUE (-1).

As I read in Viz many moons ago, that's an easy one.

If you go there will be trouble, if you stay there will be double. You should, therefore, go :)

It means Paras hasn't seen the notice at the top that says All times are UTC [DST].

He needs to go into his User Control Panel, Board preferences, Edit global settings and set "Summer Time/DST is in effect" to No. ;)
