Post subject:  Retro Fusion Issue #3 - cancelled

Hi, all.

Chris "Boyo" Wilkins has launched the pre-order site for an upcoming new issue of Retro Fusion magazine. For those who didn't come across the first two issues, they were available online and through Gamestation stores across the UK over three years ago. Since then, Chris has arranged another Retro Fusion event ('08) and is now organising a third issue of the magazine.

To print this new 68 page, full colour issue is going to cost just over £1,500 - so he's looking to collect pre-order funds to help them get the magazine out, which will have a sci-fi theme throughout and a smattering of other retro related features. It will also include a rather comprehensive 900 word article on the build-up to the first ever public showing of Repton 4 (now Repton: The Lost Realms) at Retro Fusion '08 last year - which was also the first exhibition for Retro Software.

The price of the magazine is £4 + £1.50 p&p for delivery in the UK (message Chris directly if you want to pre-order and are not in the UK). Thanks.

Hi there,

Unfortunately I have had to cancel Issue 3 of Retrofusion - this E-mail is letting you know this and if you have made a pre-order please let me know by the end of this week (29th January) if you would like a refund (please e-mail me - chris@retrofusion.me.uk).

I would very much like to send the £150 I have received to the Haiti appeal - so if I do not hear from you by Friday, I will send it on, if that is OK.

Sorry again to let you know this news.

Chris.
