Hi,

I'm new to programming and was going to have a bash at some basic then move onto assembly. I was wondering if you had a favourite book that you found helpful when starting out assembly programming.

I will check out the ones in the useful docs section but wondered if there's any others that are worth looking out for.

Cheers,

Mark

I'm working through this one at the moment.

Dr Watson Computer Learning Series Beginners Assembly Language for the BBC

It seems pretty good.

That's the one I used BitD, I've still got my copy sticking around. Though I mainly learnt 6502 from writing cheats for games and cracking copy protection!
