Quick question. I know there are 26 resident integer variables A% - Z%. What about real variables and string variables? i.e. are A - Z or A$ - Z$ reserved, or does using them eat up more memory? I assume the latter, but just wanted to check. Sam. |

Ooh Sir! Please Sir, I know this one! Sir....? Just the % variables have pre-allocated space in $400-$46B but all the rest use up memory pro-rata in a variables table from LOMEM (TOP) upwards and using a stack from HIMEM downwards. |
