Hmm was a shame Steve, I was hoping to buy you a drink ....

Well, we will have to try and get a RetroSoftware group meeting - somewhere in the UK that's handy for everyone and have a few drinks, soon!!

On the plus side, my brother is fine now!

I've been so busy, I haven't had chance to do anything apart from the relocation code. AWW Steve - LOL, when you read this, please PM myself - or I'll PM you very soon as I have a question or two regards doing the relocation using the Swift project settings.

Thanks - Neil - still busy at work! :(

I know just the place (a real sound pub in Manchester City Centre, with classic coinops downstairs and a room upstairs that we'd be free to set Beebs/PCs up in). It's called The Lass O' Gowrie and I had a good chat with the landlord this past Saturday ... in fact, we're looking at setting up a coding-orientated meetup some time around July.

Downside is obviously that the location won't be ideal for everyone, but at least Manchester has good transport links. Anyway, will post more details soon ...

In the meantime Neil, reckon you might be able to make it to the RCM Event on Sun 31st May in Leicestershire?: http://www.stairwaytohell.com/sthforums ... =25&t=2215 (you're in the East Mids aren't ya, so hopefully that should suit?).

To follow up my last post, it's looking as if the date for the Manchester gaming/coding meetup @ The Lass will take place the weekend of 25th-26th July 2009.

Hopefully as many members of the Retro Software community as possible can make this! :)

Details are sketchy at the moment, but it is likely that entry will be free and there will be a dedicated room for the discussion and development of homebrew games.

I'll post updates on the STH forum as and when I have more info:

Finally got this across to my M128 (although since then I've had a 'bad catalogue' error or something on the disk). Anyway, it's very smooth. Excellent work :-)
