Mountain Panic is now approaching version 0.9, which will see the game pretty much feature complete, and playable from start to finish.

Following this, I have a list of about 4 items to get through before I build the 1.0 release candidate.

It's been a long (5 year!) slog but the journey for me is nearly over now, and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Can't make any promises as to when I'll actually finish the game, but it's not too far off now!

Excellent news, glad the project is still happening, look forward to it being released. Is this going to be a commercial release or just a download?

I'm hoping for it to be a commercial release, it's the only thing keeping me going ;)

Would be nice but my original idea was for it all to fit on an unmodified model B. I'm rubbish at sound and music so I'm just going to do the basics there, I'm keen to get it "out the door" now.

After another little stint, I'm happy to say I'm at a beta now!

2 things left on the list and then I'm done.

I think I'll stick to the Atari 2600 next time ;)

Bravo! I am "between jobs" so maybe I'll try and get Blurp out the door at the same time...

Wahey! Shall we aim for a double-release of Panic and Blurp at this year's Play Expo? :)
