Dave F put me on to this ... http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00vpkkt Unfortunately, it's finished on BBC iPlayer ... but that shouldn't stop any enterprising sci-fi fans with a working knowledge of what the internet does best. This is a really good five-part adaptation of At the Mountains of Madness, the H. P. Lovecraft story Mountain Panic was inspired by, that I'd heartily recommend as worth a listen ... Sam. |

The only two 'free options' to download this (that I could find) required me to register with sites, so I gave it a miss. It is, however, available to buy in extended edition. But then there's hundreds of dramatisations of his works already, is this one really any better? If you are a Lovecraft connisseur then I can't go without recommending the products of the HPLHS. Authentic sounding period radio dramatisations, film, even a freaking Cthulhu ski mask! These guys absolutely rock. ...this also reminds me that I really should go comment on Mountain Panic! |
