I just
had another bash with the image converter and two features occurred to me, which might be cool.
1) Output to SSD (as opposed to beeb .inf format) with a !BOOT file to auto-load the pic in the correct MODE, then call an emulator with it on the command line. Be able to specify the command line in the options in the form:
c:\program files\beebem\beebem.exe %image.ssd%
This is because I noticed that one of my pics appeared to look significantly different to the zoom preview view within the image converter, so it would be nice to see it in an emulator.
2) This one might be way too hard to implement, but it would be useful to be able to draw a rectangle over a section of the BBC preview image on the right, and then only apply changes within that section. This would allow you to change the brightness of specific sections rather than applying everything globally across the whole picture.
Anyway, just some thoughts ... !
