Hi guys,

Just to say that I've actually started programming the BBC Sprite Designer software. I've decided to show a quick screenshot of it as it stands at present:

I am in the process of programming the framework for the software so it's not really functional as yet apart from displaying an already stored sprite and performing some basic operations like flipping it, but it's (very) early days yet.

Kind regards,

Francis.

This one shows the 'light table' facility of BBC Sprite Designer. The light table allows you to see a previous sprite frame (which is shown darker) easing the creation of new sprite frames that are similar.

Kind regards,

Francis.

Looking good, Francis.

I took the liberty of adding the preview screenshots to the wiki page, as it was looking a bit bare.

Hi Sam,

Yeah, it's been bugging me that the wiki page for the BBC Sprite Designer was a bit bare.

I'm in the processing of preparing some technical documentation (more for my own benefit than anything else) that I will be putting up in due course.

Kind regards,

Francis.
