Firstly, let me say that Swift is a brilliant idea. I haven't programmed on a Beeb for 20 yrs and I really felt like getting back into it (although I am rubbish anyway :)), but...

Yesterday I installed Swift, Python and P65 into the default locations. I ran through the first two tutorials and everything worked fine.

Today I moved Python and P65 into different locations, changed the file paths in Swift to point at the new locations and it wouldn't work - I got access errors in Swift.

I done a restore in Windows to before I installed Swift and tried again (using the new file locations). I followed the first two tutorials and got an error when I tried to assemble. But although an error flashed up in red, there wasn't any text explanation...

any ideas?

Whatever error reporting you need, just say - I am very keen to get this working.

Hi Jerry,

Sorry you've had problems. I'll try and reproduce your issue. Are the access errors Violation errors ? Can you screen shot and send me the set screen where your paths are defined.

I'll PM you my email.
