This version includes support to install PDF books into swift. I've included two books on the Swift page already. One is the "Advanced User Guide" and the other "The Master Advanced Reference Manual"

You can jump straight to particular pages in the manual by simply clicking on a word in your source code. For example if you right click on LDA you will have the option to quickly open up the "Advanced User Guide" at the correct page for that instruction. Even "some" memory addresses can be clicked on, so if you see FFEE in the source code you can quickly bring up the manual page for that location.

You can even add your own books. For an idea on how it works go to the swift page at;

and look at the video that I've uploaded there.

The "Advanced User Guide" has a fairly complete keyword index but "The Master Advanced Reference Manual" has very basic keywords to index into the book. If anyone wants to expand on the manual or add other one's please feel free to do so and add them to the appropriate section of the Swift page. Have a look at the books available on the Swift page to get an idea on how to create them, any questions feel free to ask. This I believe is quite a useful feature, in particular if more books can be added.

I've uploaded a new version of the video with sound to make it more clearer what is going on.

I should point out that you will need to download the books separately from the main application (they're in the books section of the page), unzip them and install them as shown in the video.

This is so people just install what they need.

If people don't want to download the video then the install process is as follows (presuming you've downloaded a zipped book file.)

1.) Unzip the book file to a location of your choice

2.) From the Environment menu on Swift choose "Add Book"

3.) Navigate to the book folder you extracted and choose the file called "Definition.txt".

4.) Click OK.

In just a couple of seconds the book should be installed and available on the "View->Books" menu.

As mentioned if anyone wants to add more books or expand the keywords for the existing ones them please feel free to do so. I would really appreciate it. Have a look at the Definition.txt file to understand how to make a keyword file for the books. It's really not hard at all ! Any questions just contact me.

Existing books can be upgraded with new versions by using the "Add Book" menu item. As long as the name you give to your book in the "Definition.txt" file is the same it will replace the existing one.
