Beta 3 released

Bug Fixes :
New Items were not being added to the tabbed navigation, causing error when switching between these windows or closing these new windows.

When closing a newly added item and you decide not to keep it, the project manager window would incorrectly still list it, unless closed and re-opened.

The animation toolbar was appearing on the Hex Editor Window.
